Last updated: [June 2025] Responsible: MiConcierge SAPI de CV
1. Generalities
MiCO.pass is a digital pass marketed by MiConcierge SAPI de CV (hereinafter "MiConcierge" or "MiCO"), which provides access to tourist experiences and activities offered by third-party providers in destinations throughout the Mexican Caribbean. By purchasing and/or using a pass, the user expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Validity of the pass
Each MiCO.pass (FLEX3, EXPLORER4, or ULTRA5) is valid for 15 calendar days from the date of use of the first booked activity. After this period, the pass will be considered expired and no remaining amount can be used or claimed.
3. Activation and use
- The pass can be purchased online at https://micopass.com.
- Activation occurs with the first booked activity.
- Each activity can only be used once per person per pass.
- The pass guarantees access to the activities described on the website, under the conditions established by each provider.
4. Transferability
Passes can be transferred to another person up until the time of the initial booking. Once an activity is confirmed with a provider, the pass is considered assigned and cannot be transferred.
5. Reservations and conditions of use
- All activities require prior reservation unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Each activity includes instructions on how, when and where it should be performed.
- If the user does not show up (no-show) for a reserved activity, that use will be lost without the possibility of rescheduling or refund.
- Changes to reservations must be made directly with the supplier, subject to their own change or cancellation policy.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- The pass can be canceled and fully refunded within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided it has not been activated (i.e., no activities have been booked).
- After this period, there will be no refunds of any kind, even if the pass was unused or partially used.
7. Changes in activities
- In the event that an activity becomes unavailable or cannot be offered by the provider, MiCO will offer an alternative activity with similar characteristics.
- MiCO does not guarantee the permanent availability of any experience.
8. Responsibility and exoneration
- MiCO is not responsible for any damages, accidents, injuries, losses or inconveniences that may occur during the performance of activities.
- All experiences are operated and controlled by independent providers, under their own terms and conditions.
- By purchasing a MiCO.pass, the user expressly agrees that MiCO acts solely as a commercial intermediary, and releases MiCO from any liability arising from the direct operation of the activities.
9. Prices and currency
- All prices shown are in US dollars (USD).
- The payment system will show the user the current exchange rate at the time of purchase and allow them to choose whether to pay in Mexican pesos or USD.
10. Experience Guarantee
By purchasing a MiCO.pass, the user gains access to:
- Competitive prices compared to direct purchases at the counter.
- Digital support from MiCO as a personalized concierge.
- Additional benefits, such as discounts and courtesies at participating establishments (bars, restaurants, shops, etc.), do not represent a legal obligation on the part of MiCO.
11. Limitations
- Use of the pass is subject to availability and capacity of each provider.
- Purchasing a pass also implies acceptance of the specific conditions of each activity or provider involved.
- Activities are not cumulative or exchangeable for cash.
12. Changes to the terms
MiConcierge SAPI de CV reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on the website: www.micopass.com/terminos
